At Total Disaster Recovery, we don’t just restore properties—we support people when they need it most. That mission starts with our team. We’re proud of the culture we’ve created: professional, responsive, and driven by a real sense of purpose.

Whether you’re on the ground at a flood-affected home or supporting operations from our office, your work will matter.

Why Join TDR?

We live by our values—Professional, Transparent, Efficient, Responsive—and back them with action. At every level of the company, we value open communication, high standards and doing the right thing by each other and our clients.

Room to Grow

Our team is backed by ongoing learning, certifications like IICRC, monthly reviews and structured development pathways. Whether you’re starting out or stepping up, you won’t be standing still here.

Onboarding That Sets You Up for Success

New team members are supported with a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) to help you hit the ground running. From day one, you’ll know exactly what’s expected—and how to grow.

Work Hard, Celebrate Together

From toolbox talks to team barbecues, flood recovery to Friday laughs—we invest in the well-being of our people. Team events and a genuine care for each other create a tight-knit workplace where people want to stick around.
